Pre-order custom mugs will be added here on a weekly basis. If it shows as sold out or coming soon then keep checking back. Demand is greater than my ability to make so openings are created adhoc.

This listing is for a personalised mug. I am happy to create a mug with your own chosen message or to recreate one of my designs you may have seen before but please note due to the time consuming nature of creating a whole batch for firing custom orders can take up to eight weeks to complete. Please use the 'leave instructions' link to access the text box during checkout and let me know what your message should say. Ensure you use the exact spelling, casing and punctuation. Please ensure your message in no more than five words.

If you would like multiple mugs be sure to add the correct number to your basket and use the text box to specify what each one should say.

The mug will be made in a pale or neutral clay with black lowercase lettering on the inside base. The colour of the glaze will vary depending on my current colour stock, unfortunately glaze colours cannot be requested but they will always be earthy and beautiful.

Items can occasionally be damaged during firing, though uncommon, it is always a risk. Should your item be damaged during firing you will be given the option of waiting for a replacement to be made, choosing an alternative item from current stock or receiving a refund.

All of my stoneware pieces are carefully constructed by hand using the 'pinch' method. They are full of character including finger marks, wobbly edges, glaze splats and drips which add to their charm and rustic feel. Perfectly imperfect.

Care instructions:
Microwave and dishwasher safe but hand washing is recommended to prolong the life of the mug.
